La Puma is our 27-foot super panga, designed for marine exploration and adventure. This vessel comfortably accommodates 10 passengers and 2 crew members, making it perfect for expeditions, scientific research, photography, and production work. Operating in the National Park of Loreto Bay, La Puma is equipped for long-distance journeys, featuring ample shaded areas and an onboard restroom for your convenience.

  • We offer transportation during our expeditions locations, including over-landing and transfers to loops in the sierras. While we do not provide airport pickups, we are happy to coordinate them with a local service.

  • We hold an exclusive transportation permit for tourism in the Loreto area and municipality, granted by the Secretaría de Urbanismo, Infraestructura, Movilidad, Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales. This permit allows us to operate within the municipality of Loreto, Baja California Sur, ensuring that we provide exceptional services to visitors exploring this beautiful region.

  • We have registered our boat with the Secretaría de la Marina y Asuntos Marítimos as a tourism vessel and obtained the National Park operation permit from CONANP. This permit allows us to conduct tourism activities within the boundaries of the Loreto National Park, excluding Catalana Island. This registration and permitting ensure that we comply with local regulations while providing exceptional services to our guests exploring the beautiful marine environment of Loreto, Baja California Sur.

  • Yes, we have children's life vests and car seats for babies, ensuring that your children can be transported safely.

  • Our main captain is Jorge Lombera, a local captain with a "Libreta de Mar" (maritime license) and a degree in fisheries engineering. He is an integral part of our marine expedition team. Additionally, all our guides are certified and accredited with their maritime licenses, ensuring a safe and knowledgeable experience for our guests.

  • The driver of our 4x4 van is Leopoldo Alejandro Sanmiguel, one of our expedition leaders with thousands of miles driven across various locations and remote trails in the Baja California Peninsula. His extensive experience ensures that our guests enjoy a safe and memorable journey through this beautiful region.
